Gold prices declined across most domestic bullion markets during early trading on Friday, with Chennai emerging as the only major market to register a rise in prices. The fall in gold rates ranged from ₹250 to ₹3,200 per 10 grams across most cities, while Chennai witnessed an increase of ₹700 to ₹870 per 10 grams. Silver prices also eased marginally by ₹200 per kilogram.

Following the latest price movement, 24-carat gold was trading between ₹1,46,170 and ₹1,47,290 per 10 grams across major bullion markets in the country. Meanwhile, 22-carat gold was priced between ₹1,33,990 and ₹1,35,010 per 10 grams. Silver was quoted at ₹2,39,900 per kilogram in the Delhi bullion market.

In the national capital, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,46,320 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,34,140 per 10 grams.

In Mumbai, India's financial capital, 24-carat gold was available at ₹1,46,170 per 10 grams, with 22-carat gold priced at ₹1,33,990 per 10 grams.

Ahmedabad reported retail prices of ₹1,46,220 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and ₹1,34,040 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold.

Chennai stood out from the nationwide trend, with 24-carat gold rising to ₹1,47,290 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold reaching ₹1,35,010 per 10 grams.

In Kolkata, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,46,170 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,33,990 per 10 grams.

In Bhopal, 24-carat gold was quoted at ₹1,46,220 per 10 grams and 22-carat gold at ₹1,34,040 per 10 grams.

Jaipur recorded prices of ₹1,46,320 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and ₹1,34,140 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold.

In Patna, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,46,220 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,34,040 per 10 grams.

Lucknow reported prices of ₹1,46,320 per 10 grams for 24-carat gold and ₹1,34,140 per 10 grams for 22-carat gold.

Gold prices also remained under pressure in the bullion markets of Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar. In all three cities, 24-carat gold was trading at ₹1,46,170 per 10 grams, while 22-carat gold was priced at ₹1,33,990 per 10 grams.

Market participants are closely monitoring international bullion prices, currency movements and global economic developments, which continue to influence domestic gold and silver prices.
