
Deoria, 20 July (HS): With the aim of digitally empowering
self-reliant women from self-help groups under the National Rural Livelihood
Mission (NRLM), an AI Skills Training Program for Group Members under AI
Sakhi Empowerment was organized on Monday in the Gandhi Auditorium at
Vikas Bhawan. The women were trained in artificial intelligence (AI)-based
technologies.
Chief guest, Sadar MLA Shalabh Mani Tripathi, said that
today is the era of artificial intelligence. Therefore, connecting women from
self-help groups with AI-based technologies is an important government
initiative. He added that through this training, women will be able to connect
with new opportunities in digital services, self-employment, and
entrepreneurship. Proper use of technology will not only empower women
economically but will also bring positive changes to their quality of life.
Chief Development Officer Rajesh Kumar Singh said that under
the National Rural Livelihood Mission, timely technical training is being
provided to women. Through AI skills training, women in the group will be able
to effectively utilize digital technologies to make their work simpler, more
qualitative, and more income-enhancing. He urged participants to take full
advantage of the training and incorporate the learned techniques into their
daily work.
During the training, experts provided detailed information
on various applications of artificial intelligence, digital tools, online
services, and the utility of AI in livelihood enhancement. Participants were
also trained in the practical use of AI-based technologies, so they can better
utilize digital channels in the future to increase their income.
Officials from the National Rural Livelihood Mission, master
trainers, a large number of women from self-help groups, and other dignitaries
attended the program. The women participated enthusiastically during the
training and showed keen interest in learning new techniques.
