Guwahati, 19 July (HS): Assam Revenue Minister Keshab Mahanta announced that Mission Basundhara 4.0 will be launched across the state from December 25. Minister was talking to media persons after attending a program.

The minister also said that the state government will provide land pattas to 3.5 lakh tea garden workers, marking a major step towards ensuring land rights for the tea community in Assam. He stated that the initiative reflects the government's commitment to improving the socio-economic condition of tea garden workers through secure land ownership.---------
