
Mirzapur, 19 July (HS): Ashish Patel, national vice
president of Apna Dal (S) and cabinet minister for technical education and
consumer protection in the Uttar Pradesh government, listened to people's
problems during a public dialogue program held at the MP's public
relations office at Sardar Patel Square on Sunday. Citizens, NDA officials, and
workers from various areas of the district presented their concerns to the
minister.
During the public dialogue program, the Minister spoke with
the concerned officials over the phone on matters related to various
departments, including electricity, education, health, and pensions, and
directed them to ensure prompt and quality resolution of complaints. He urged
the officials to ensure no negligence is shown in resolving public issues and
that eligible people should be provided with timely benefits of government
schemes.
Cabinet Minister Ashish Patel stated that serving the public
is a public representative's foremost responsibility. He added that resolving
every individual's problems is his top priority and ensuring prompt justice and
facilities are provided to the public in accordance with the government's
intentions.
Expressing gratitude to those who attended the event, he
said that the public's trust and support are his greatest asset. The government
is working with complete sensitivity on every issue related to public interest.
A large number of complainants arrived: A large number of
members of the public, NDA officials, workers, and well-wishers were present at
the public interaction program. People submitted petitions regarding their
problems to the minister, and the relevant officials were given necessary
instructions to resolve them.
