Union Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, and several other Union ministers on Tuesday paid tribute to the fourth Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Prof. Rajendra Singh, popularly known as Rajju Bhaiya, on his death anniversary.

Paying homage in a post on X, Nitin Gadkari wrote, Humble tributes to Rajju Bhaiya, the fourth Sarsanghchalak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, on his death anniversary.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh described Prof. Rajendra Singh, popularly known as Rajju Bhaiya, as a distinguished physicist, an accomplished academician, and an exceptional organiser. He said Rajju Bhaiya dedicated his entire life to the service of the nation, society, and the organisation.

Rajnath Singh said Rajju Bhaiya embodied the ideals of simplicity, nationalism, and selfless service throughout his life. He added that Rajju Bhaiya was a strong advocate of *Swadeshi*, rural development, and an *Aatmanirbhar Bharat* (self-reliant India). His contribution to nation-building and the ideals he upheld, the Defence Minister said, would continue to inspire future generations.

Union Minister for Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare Shivraj Singh Chouhan said Rajju Bhaiya devoted his entire life to the service of the nation and society with the dedication of a true ascetic, while inspiring and preparing countless volunteers for this noble mission. He added that the sacred flame of service ignited by Rajju Bhaiya in the hearts of people would continue to inspire everyone to work for the progress and welfare of the nation and society.

Union Minister for Culture and Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said Rajju Bhaiya, who dedicated his entire life to the service of the RSS and symbolised diligence and unwavering commitment to duty, would always remain a source of inspiration for every RSS volunteer.

Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Law and Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal also paid tribute, describing Prof. Rajendra Singh Rajju Bhaiya as the fourth Sarsanghchalak of the RSS, a distinguished nationalist thinker, an eminent educationist, and a devoted son of Mother India. He offered his respectful homage on the occasion of Rajju Bhaiya's death anniversary.
