Bhubaneswar, 10 July (H.S.): The results of the entrance examinations conducted for admission into the two-year Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed) and Bachelor of Hindi Education (B.H.Ed) programmes for the academic session 2026-27 have been declared.

The Higher Education Department, Government of Odisha, informed that candidates who appeared for the entrance examinations can check their results by logging into the Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal.

A total of 31 teacher education institutions under the Higher Education Department are offering 2,450 seats in B.Ed, 300 seats in M.Ed and 50 seats in B.H.Ed programmes for the upcoming academic session.

For the B.Ed entrance examination, 1,09,873 candidates had submitted applications, out of which 98,170 candidates appeared for the examination. Similarly, 1,788 candidates applied for the M.Ed entrance test, while 1,318 appeared for the examination. For the B.H.Ed entrance examination, 1,879 candidates applied and 1,542 candidates appeared.

The department stated that all candidates who appeared for the entrance tests can log in to the SAMS portal to view their results. Candidates having objections regarding their provisional marks can submit their grievances through the online objection module available on the SAMS portal.

The objection submission window will remain open from 2 PM on July 10 to 6 PM on July 13, 2026. After reviewing and resolving all objections raised by candidates regarding their marks, the final entrance examination scores will be published.
