Nashik, 10 July (HS): Nida Khan, the main accused in sexual exploitation and

religious conversion case at TCS, Nashik was granted bail by the Nashik Court,

on the ground that she is pregnant. Accepting her bail application the court remarked

that giving birth to a child in prison is painful for any woman.

Nida

Khan, along with other accused, is facing charges of sexual abuse, insulting

Hindu deities and influencing for religious conversion.

The

bail application was accepted by the court on July 6. The detailed order,

however, was issued on Thursday. The chargesheet has been filed in the court, and

role of Nida Khan has been clearly mentioned in the FIR.
