
Guwahati, 01 July (HS): A month-long Summer Hobby Camp commenced at the National Science Centre, Guwahati, on Wednesday with the first batch of the Creative Art & Craft course attended by 30 students.
Organised by the National Science Centre, Guwahati, under the National Council of Science Museums (NCSM), Ministry of Culture, the camp offers eight hands-on courses for students from Classes II to XI. The inaugural session was conducted by artist Samudra Das, who also distributed camp T-shirts to participants.
The camp focuses on creativity, scientific thinking, and experiential learning through activities in art, robotics, artificial intelligence, environmental studies and science. It will conclude on July 31 with an educational excursion for all participants.-----------
