Gorakhpur, 03 June (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has

taken a tough stance on land-related complaints during Janta Darshan event on Wednesday.

He directed the District Magistrate (DM) to ensure strict action against

negligence at any level in resolving land-related complaints. Depending on the

severity of the case, suspension action should be taken against the concerned

person. Laxity or negligence at any level is absolutely unacceptable.

During his stay in Gorakhpur, the Chief Minister met the

people and listened to their problems in the Janta Darshan organized at

Gorakhnath Temple on Wednesday morning for the second consecutive day. When

some people complained about negligence on the part of the revenue officials in

land related matters, he directed the DM to take immediate strict action. On

this occasion, he told the people who had come seeking financial assistance for

treatment that the government would provide full help in treatment. For this,

Ayushman cards will be made for the needy people and if the need arises even

after this, assistance will be provided from the discretionary fund. During the

Janta Darshan, the Chief Minister instructed the officials present to ensure

that Ayushman cards are made for every needy and eligible person, so that they

do not have to face any problem in getting treatment.

During the Janta Darshan organised outside Mahant

Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan in the Gorakhnath Temple premises, CM Yogi met

around 150 people. He went to them and listened to their problems. After

reviewing their applications, he took cognizance of the problems and

complaints. On this occasion, the Chief Minister assured the people that no one

needs to worry, the government stands with every needy person. A woman

complained about being evicted from her house by some people. On this, the

Chief Minister asked the officers to give the woman possession of the house. He

referred the applications to the concerned administrative and police officers

for resolving different cases and directed that the resolution of all problems

should be timely, fair and satisfactory.

During Janta Darshan, a woman requested assistance for her

mother's treatment. The Chief Minister asked about the Ayushman card. The woman

said that she did not have an Ayushman card. On this, the Chief Minister

directed the officers present on the spot to get her an Ayushman card made as

soon as possible. The officers should get Ayushman cards made for every needy person

so that they do not have to face any problem in getting treatment. The Chief

Minister assured the people who came with the request for financial assistance

for the treatment of serious diseases that they would be provided financial

assistance from the discretionary fund.

his stay at the Gorakhnath Temple on Wednesday morning, Chief Minister Yogi

Adityanath's daily routine remained traditional. After seeking blessings from

Guru Gorakhnath and his departed Gurudev Mahant Avedyanath Ji in the morning,

CM Yogi served cows in the cowshed of the temple. He showered affection on the

cattle by feeding them jaggery and roti. In the same sequence, while touring

the temple premises, he called the children who had come with their families

near him and pampered them. He gave them chocolates and talked to them about

their studies. The CM also blessed the children to study well and progress.
