Brajesh Pathak and Mahant Kameshwar Puri Maharaj of Tulsi Manas Mandir Haridwar

inaugurated the Massive Yoga Camp organized at K.D. Singh Babu

Stadium on Saturday morning on the eve of International Yoga Day 2026 by

lighting a lamp. Explaining the importance of yoga to the people practising

yoga on this occasion, Brajesh Pathak said that everyone should take a pledge

on Yoga Day that we will do yoga and remain healthy. Through yoga, we make not

only our body but also our mind healthy. Only when the body and mind of each

individual become healthy and move forward in a positive direction, our country

and state will progress.

Praising the efforts of Mamata Charitable Trust, BJP Rajya

Sabha MP Dr. Dinesh Sharma said that Yoga is such a discipline of our country

that has made India a place among the people all over the world. Today 170

countries all over the world celebrate 21st June as Yoga Day. International

Yoga Day is not just Yoga Day but it is a prestige of India in which we want to

give the message to the whole world that India is a leader in every field. Be

it our ancient heritage, Ayurveda or Yoga. We are not only concerned about our

health but the spirit of human welfare is hidden in it. Today Yoga Day programs

are being held at many places.

Former Minister Dr. Mahendra Singh said that by making yoga

a part of your daily routine, one should participate in building a healthy

society. Mahant Kameshwar Puri Maharaj of Tulsi Manas Mandir Haridwar inspired

people to adopt a healthy and balanced life through yoga. On this occasion,

with the message of one earth, one health, a pledge was taken to spread yoga to

every person and to build a healthy and strong India. Thousands of people at

K.D. Singh Babu Stadium strengthened the resolve for patriotism, unity and a

healthy India by singing Vande Mataram in unison. Everyone practiced yoga.

Rajiv Mishra, President of the Mamta Charitable Trust,

expressed his gratitude to the guests on stage and the participants who came to

practice yoga. Present on the occasion were MLC Avnish Singh Patel, former

Chief Secretary Durga Shankar Mishra, BJP leader Neeraj Singh, BJP Metropolitan

President Anand Dwivedi, Vice President Rajesh Shukla, Justice Rangnath Pandey,

Sachin Dhanwal, Dr. Surabhi Dhanwal, Gaurav Pandey, and Rajesh Mishra.
