
Datia, 20 June (HS): Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who
visited Bundelkhand to present development projects, also visited and
worshipped Goddess Baglamukhi in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, on Saturday. Former
Madhya Pradesh Home Minister Narottam Mishra welcomed Chief Minister Yogi at
the Datia airstrip. From there, the Chief Minister proceeded to Pitambara
Peeth.
At Pitambara Peeth, the Chief Minister visited Maa
Baglamukhi and performed the rituals of worship. He performed Jalabhishek
amidst chanting of mantras at the Vankhandeshwar Mahadev Temple located in the
premises. After this, the Chief Minister left for Lalitpur to participate in
the inauguration/foundation stone laying ceremony. Upon reaching Lalitpur, the
Chief Minister visited and worshipped at the Tuvan Temple. The temple priests
and Mahant etc. were present during this time.
