New Delhi, 02 June (H.S.): The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday activated its online portal for verification of marks and re-evaluation of answer scripts. The Board announced through its official X handle that the online portal for students of Classes 10 and 12 is now operational. The official notification regarding the process has also been published on CBSE’s main website.

Earlier, the portal was scheduled to go live on May 26. However, due to technical issues, the deadline was extended to June 1. The portal could not be launched on that date either because of additional reasons. It has now been made functional for students.

CBSE has shared the official portal link, postresult.cbseit.in/pvr/, through which students can apply for verification of marks and re-evaluation of their answer scripts. The portal also provides instructional videos to guide candidates through the application process.

It is noteworthy that CBSE offers students who are dissatisfied with their board examination results an opportunity to have their answer scripts reviewed. The process will be conducted in three stages. The first stage involves verification of marks, the second stage provides students with a photocopy of their evaluated answer book, and the third stage allows for re-evaluation of the answer script.

The Board has advised students to carefully follow the instructions available on the portal and complete the application process within the stipulated timeline.
