Hyderabad, 14 June (H.S.): Actor Vijay Deverakonda and actress Rashmika Mandanna on Sunday awarded scholarships to 180 meritorious students from Achampet Mandal in Telangana through The Deverakonda Foundation.

The scholarships were distributed at a programme held in Thummanpet village, where students from government schools who had performed well academically were recognised and provided financial assistance for their education.

Speaking on the occasion, Vijay Deverakonda said the initiative was aimed at encouraging students and supporting their educational aspirations. He expressed hope that similar programmes could be expanded to benefit more students across Telangana in the future.

Rashmika Mandanna also addressed the gathering and congratulated the students on their achievements.

According to the organisers, the scholarship programme was launched to support deserving students and reduce the financial burden on families while promoting academic excellence.

Students, parents and local residents attended the event.
