New Delhi, 07 May (H.S.): The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has extended the deadline for submitting comments and counter-comments on its consultation paper regarding satellite communication network authorization and spectrum allocation for satellite communication network providers.

TRAI issued the consultation paper on April 8. Initially, the deadline for written comments was set for May 6, with counter-comments due by May 20. Considering requests from industry organizations and stakeholders, these dates have now been extended to May 13 and May 27 respectively.

Submission Process

TRAI stated that comments and counter-comments can be sent via official email.
