07 May (HS): On Thursday, to mark Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya's

birthday, BJP Prayagraj Metropolitan workers distributed halwa, sherbet, and

lassi at various locations. Wishing for the Deputy Chief Minister's long life

and good health, workers performed a havan (fire ritual) with Vedic mantras at

the Samaya Devi Temple in Katghar, under the guidance of Pandit Vishnu Tiwari,

to the deity of the fire. A recitation of the Sunderkand (sundar kand) was

organized at the Bharadwaj Ashram temple, followed by the distribution of

prasad.

Under

the leadership of the Mandal presidents, halwa, sherbet, and other items were

distributed to the public in Shivkuti, Beni Madhav, Civil Lines, Pritam Nagar,

and University. Workers from the Civil Lines Mandal distributed halwa near the

blood bank, while Shivkuti Mandal distributed sherbet in Teliyarganj. On this

occasion, BJP Metropolitan President Sanjay Gupta said that Deputy Chief

Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya is a source of inspiration for the party workers.

He has a deep connection with Prayagraj, and we workers also share a strong

connection with the Deputy Chief Minister. On behalf of all the workers of the

metropolis, wishes are extended to the Deputy Chief Minister for long life and
