06 May (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Varanasi on
Wednesday. When the Chief Minister's helicopter from Gorakhpur landed on the
helipad built in the police line, the Chief Minister was welcomed by the BJP
officials, public representatives and administrative officers already present
there. From the police line, the Chief Minister reached the house of Dr. Rajiv
Krishna, Professor of Economics of Uday Pratap College, located in Bada Lalpur,
in a convoy of vehicles under tight security and attended the auspicious
ceremony. Here, after talking to the family members for some time, the Chief
Minister congratulated them and blessed the women and children. After this, a
group photo was also taken with them.
After
this, he reached Kalbhairav temple for darshan and pujan. After the darshan
and pujan in the temple as per the rituals, the Chief Minister also performed
the aarti of Baba. After the darshan and pujan at Kalbhairav temple, the
Chief Minister also performed the puja at Shri Kashi Vishwanath temple as per
the Vedic rituals. After anointing the holy Jyotirlinga of Baba, he prayed for
the well-being of the country and the state. On this occasion, State Cabinet
Minister Anil Rajbhar, Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Stamp and
Court Registration Fees Ravindra Jaiswal, Minister of State (Independent Charge)
for AYUSH and Food Security Dr Dayashankar Mishra 'Dayalu', MLC Hansraj
Vishwakarma, MLC Dharmendra Singh, former Minister and City South MLA Dr
Neelkanth Tiwari, Cantt MLA Saurabh Srivastava, Pindra MLA Dr Awadhesh Singh
were also present.
It
is noteworthy that the Chief Minister was scheduled to visit Kashi on Tuesday
evening. However, his visit was cancelled due to a delay in the Shikshamitra
cheque distribution program in Gorakhpur. In view of the Chief Minister's
arrival in the city, extensive security arrangements have been made, with the
venue and route of his visit declared a no-fly zone. BJP workers lined the
roadside to welcome the Chief Minister as he traveled from the police line to
Badalpur. Near the Natiniya Dai Temple, workers showered flowers on the Chief
Minister's vehicle.
Chief
Minister Yogi showered love on a child: After visiting the Kaal Bhairav
temple, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath showered love on a small child. Seeing
his simple and affectionate demeanor, people chanted Har Har Mahadev.
The Chief Minister also inquired about the well-being of shopkeepers along the
temple road. He also blessed the children.
