Raigad, 30 May (HS): Four youngsters died on the

site when a private travel bus hit a motorcycle on Thursday night around 9.30

pm. The bus was going towards Pune from Parbhani and hit the motorcycle near

Manvat village in Parbhani district near Rahul Ginning Mill.

The deceased have been identified as Shubham Apparao

Dahe (30), Vishnu Gore (28), Pralhad Ashokrao Kute (29), and Navnath Shamrao

Jadhav (38), all residents of Manvat. The bus, NL 01 B 1374 hit the motorcycle (MH

22 BB 4724) coming from the opposite side. The impact of the collision was so

harsh that the motorcycle was mangled into a heap of metal. One of the deceased

crushed in the accident was beyond identification.

A team of police led by ASI Sandip Borkar rushed to

the site. The bodies were sent to a hospital in Manvat for the post-mortem. Further

investigation was initiated.
