29 May (HS): Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state
government is taking important initiatives to make the Nipun Bharat Mission and
quality education promotion programs more effective at the grassroots level. In
this regard, a special state-level training program will be organized on June 1
and 2 for the District Coordinators (Nipun Bharat Mission) and District
Coordinators (Training) working at the state level. District coordinators from
all 75 districts of the state will participate in this training, to be held at
the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Lucknow.
State
Minister of State for Basic Education (Independent Charge) Sandeep Singh stated
on Friday that the state government is continuously working to improve the
quality of basic education. Through the Nipun Bharat Mission, special attention
is being paid to developing basic literacy and numeracy skills in children, as
well as improving learning outcomes in schools. He stated that this training
program for district coordinators will prove crucial in bringing about
quality-based change in the education system. This will strengthen academic
monitoring at the school level, provide teachers with better educational
support, and ensure the desired improvement in student learning.
He
said that the Yogi government has made extensive reforms in the council
education system through innovations such as Operation Kayakalp, smart classes,
digital monitoring, e-content, and the Nipun Bharat Mission. Now, efforts are
underway to train district coordinators to more effectively deliver these
initiatives to schools, ensuring quality education is available to every child.
The
objective of the training program is to strengthen the effective
implementation, monitoring, and evaluation system of activities related to the
Nipun Bharat Mission and the promotion of quality education. During the
training, district coordinators will be provided with detailed information on
academic and administrative monitoring, data-driven planning and
decision-making, effective review processes, teacher support mechanisms, and
the processes and systems necessary to improve learning outcomes.
The
training program will be conducted in two phases. The first batch will be held
on June 1, and will include district coordinators from Agra, Aligarh, Ayodhya,
Azamgarh, Bareilly, Basti, Devipatan, Gorakhpur, and Chitrakoot divisions. The
second batch will be held on June 2, and will include participants from Jhansi,
Kanpur, Lucknow, Meerut, Mirzapur, Moradabad, Prayagraj, Saharanpur, and
Varanasi divisions.
