New Delhi, 26 May (H.S.): Tripura Chief Minister Manik Saha met Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Tuesday. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held on the overall development of Tripura, good governance, and organisational matters.

The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) posted on social media platform X informing that Chief Minister Dr. Manik Saha met Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In a social media post, Chief Minister Manik Saha stated that he congratulated Prime Minister Modi on completing 12 years of national service. He said that under the Prime Minister’s leadership, millions have benefited from initiatives such as infrastructure development, Digital India, Swachh Bharat, Ayushman Bharat, and the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and that India’s global standing has been significantly strengthened.

He also presented the Prime Minister with photographs of the “Mata Tripura Sundari Temple” and its redeveloped complex. The Chief Minister said that the temple, developed under the PRASAD scheme, is now attracting devotees and tourists from across the country, enhancing its spiritual and cultural significance.

Manik Saha further stated that he also congratulated Prime Minister Modi on the historic electoral victory in West Bengal, calling it a reflection of the people’s trust in his visionary leadership and people-centric governance.

The Chief Minister added that the meeting also included meaningful discussions on Tripura’s economic development, ensuring good governance, and strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level.
