Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the Uttar Pradesh
government is continuously taking big steps to connect the youth with
employment. In this sequence, a huge employment fair will be organized by the
Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission on Saturday in the Malviya Auditorium
of the University of Lucknow. Through this employment fair, the youth of the
state will be provided extensive employment opportunities in the private
sector.
Mission Director
of Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, Pulkit Khare will be present as a special
guest in the program. More than 35 reputed companies will participate in the
employment fair, which will select the youth in various fields. More than 2500
employment opportunities will be made available through the fair. The job fair
will feature companies from various sectors, including automobile, electronics,
tourism and hospitality, manufacturing, information technology and ITES,
banking-financial services and insurance, and the apparel industry. Major
participating companies include Barbeque Nation, Paytm Hitachi, Shahi
Industries, Swift Trucks, GM Modulars, and many others.
The special
feature of this job fair is that candidates with qualifications ranging from
8th grade pass to ITI, Polytechnic, Graduate, B.Tech, and MBA can participate.
The age limit for candidates is generally set at 18 to 45 years. According to
officials from the Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission, this job fair is
based on the concept of inclusive employment, to provide employment
opportunities to youth with diverse educational backgrounds.
Under the
leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state government is
prioritizing skill development and employment generation. The government's goal
is not only to train youth, but also to connect them with employment and
self-reliance. This is why employment opportunities are being provided to youth
across the state through continuous job fairs, skill training programs, and
partnerships with private companies.
