New Delhi, May 19 (H.S.): The Indian National Congress on Tuesday announced organisational appointments in Haryana and Arunachal Pradesh.

Chandra Prakash has been appointed as the State President of the Other Backward Classes (OBC) Department of the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee, while Advocate Tami Pangu has been named as the State President of the Tribal Congress of the Arunachal Pradesh Congress Committee.

The information was shared through separate press releases issued by K. C. Venugopal, General Secretary (Organisation) of the All India Congress Committee (AICC). The appointments were approved by the Congress President.

Both appointments take effect immediately.
