The upcoming trading week, beginning Monday, May 11, is likely to see only modest activity in the primary market. Two companies are set to launch their IPOs this week, and both offerings are from the SME segment. No mainboard IPO will open during the week. In addition to these two new issues, investors will also be able to bid this week in one IPO that opened last week. This issue too is from the SME segment. As far as new listings are concerned, four companies are scheduled to make their market debut this week.

On the second trading day of the week, May 12, the Rs 35.33 crore IPO of RFBL Flexi Pack will open for subscription. Bidding will remain open until May 14. The price band has been fixed at Rs 47 to Rs 50 per share, while the lot size is 3,000 shares. After the issue closes, the company’s shares may be listed on May 19 on the NSE SME platform.

Goldline Pharmaceuticals will also open its Rs 11.61 crore IPO for subscription on May 12. Bidding for this issue will also continue until May 14. The price band has been fixed at Rs 41 to Rs 43 per share, while the lot size is 3,000 shares. After the issue closes, the company’s shares may be listed on May 19 on the BSE SME platform.

Apart from these two new IPOs, bidding will continue until Tuesday, May 12, in the Rs 58.04 crore IPO of Simca Advertising, which opened for subscription on May 8. The price band for this issue has been set at Rs 174 to Rs 183 per share, while the lot size is 600 shares. After the issue closes, the company’s shares may be listed on May 15 on the NSE SME platform. So far, this public issue has received 65 percent subscription.

In the stock market, Value 360 Communications may list on the NSE SME platform on the first trading day of the week, May 11. Rekod Studios shares may list on the BSE SME platform on May 12. On the final trading day of the week, May 15, shares of Bagmane Prime Office Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) may list on both the NSE and BSE. On the same day, Simca Advertising shares may also begin trading on the NSE SME platform.
