New Delhi, 28 April (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Sikkim yesterday afternoon, touching down at the Libing Army Helipad on the outskirts of Gangtok for a two‑day visit that is set to mark the closing of the state’s 50‑year‑long Golden Jubilee of statehood celebrations.
