Guwahati, 14 April (HS): Assam Chief Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma paid tribute to the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. BR Ambedkar, on his birth anniversary, describing his contribution to the nation as invaluable.

In his social media message, the Chief Minister said that Ambedkar’s vision, rooted in the principles of equality, liberty and fraternity, continues to guide the country even today. He emphasized that these ideals remain a source of inspiration for building an inclusive and just society.

Sarma further noted that Ambedkar emerged as a strong voice for the deprived and oppressed, laying a firm foundation for social justice in India. On the occasion of his birth anniversary, the nation pays heartfelt homage to the great leader, he added.-----------
