April (HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has hailed the people

of Odisha on Odisha Foundation Day ('Utkal Divas') on April 1, 2026. In a tweet

on 'X' (previously Twitter), he praised the Jagannath culture, the Sun of

Konark, and Odisha's cultural pride, while also wishing the state success. The

Chief Minister offered his sincere condolences to the people of Odisha, wishing

Mahaprabhu Shri Jagannath Ji ongoing blessings. Yogi Adityanath complimented

the state's continued progress under Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the leadership

of Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi.

He sent his warmest wishes, citing Konark's sunlike brilliance and the

vigor of Utkal.
