Sai Parenterals Limited a pharmaceutical formulations specialist launched its Rs 408.79 crore initial public offering for subscription today Tuesday securing just 2 percent uptake via 988 applications by noon.
Bids are open through March 27 with allotment set for March 30 demat credit April 1 and BSE NSE listing April 2. The price band runs Rs 372392 per share lot size 38 shares so retail investors face a Rs 14896 minimum for one lot or Rs 193648 max for 13 lots 494 shares total. This entirely fresh issue offers 10428288 shares of Rs 5 face value comprising 7270408 new shares worth Rs 284.79 crore and 3157880 offer for sale shares at Rs 124 crore.
Up to 50 percent goes to qualified institutional buyers minimum 35 percent retail 15 percent non-institutional investors with Arihant Capital Markets Ltd as book running lead manager and Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd registrar.
Per the SEBI draft red herring prospectus financials reflect steady strengthening. Net profit grew from Rs 4.38 crore FY23 to Rs 8.42 crore FY24 and Rs 14.43 crore FY25 with H1 FY26 AprilSeptember 2025 at Rs 7.76 crore. Total income rose from Rs 97.03 crore to Rs 155.18 crore then Rs 163.74 crore alongside Rs 89.43 crore H1 FY26 debt fluctuated ending at Rs 76.07 crore networth hit Rs 209.37 crore reserves surplus Rs 188.84 crore and EBITDA reached Rs 16.24 crore in that period.
