17 March (HS): For her outstanding contributions at the international level in
the fields of Hindi language, literature, and social engagement, the
Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha,
Professor Kumud Sharma, has been honored by the prestigious Australian
organization, the Indian Literary and Art Society of Australia. This honor was
conferred upon her in the form of the “Language and Literature Excellence
Award” on the occasion of International Women’s Day.
According
to the official statement issued by the organization, Prof. Kumud Sharma
received this recognition for her long-standing and impactful contributions in
the fields of literature, art, journalism, and social work. She has not only
played a significant role in the promotion and dissemination of the Hindi
language but has also worked towards establishing Indian linguistic identity

Vice-Chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University, Wardha, Prof.
