March (HS): The International Cow Festival 2026 will be held from March 14 to
16 in Varanasi at the Centenary Agricultural Auditorium of the Institute of
Agricultural Sciences at Banaras Hindu University (BHU). This information was
provided by organizing member Dhananjay Ojha.

Ojha said that topics like celebration of cow culture, festival of rural
economy will be discussed in the festival. The three-day international
conference will be dedicated to cow conservation, Panchagavya research, natural
farming, rural entrepreneurship and development of cow-based economy. In this
festival, farmers, cow shelter operators, scientists, researchers, startup
entrepreneurs, policy experts and representatives of social organizations from
India and abroad will gather on one platform and will discuss cow-based
sustainable development, organic farming, Panchagavya therapy and rural
innovations. Many social organizations including Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's
Gau Seva activity and Surabhi Research Institute are cooperating in this event.
