Lucknow, 10

March (HS): A cabinet meeting will be held today under the chairmanship of CM

Yogi Adityanath. A total of 27 proposals will be placed in it. The state

government is going to take more stringent steps to curb corruption. It is

being made mandatory for state employees to give information if they invest

more than six months' basic salary in stocks, shares or other investments in a

calendar year. For this, the Government Servants' Conduct Rules, 1956 are being

amended. There is no provision for this in the current rules. According to this

proposal of the Personnel Department, if any government employee makes any

transaction related to movable property worth more than two months' basic

salary, then he will have to immediately inform the concerned authority about

it. Earlier, details of movable property worth more than one month's basic

salary had to be given.

It will be

mandatory to declare immovable property every year. Employees will be required

to declare their immovable properties upon their first appointment and every

year thereafter. Currently, this declaration is required every five years.

Amendments are also proposed to the stamp duty on instruments of gift under the

Indian Stamp Act.

A proposal

to build a four-lane bridge over the Ganga River to connect Trans Ganga City

with Kanpur city may also be passed. There is also a proposal to amend the

Uttar Pradesh Higher Judicial Service Rules and the Textile and Garmenting

Policy 2022. Proposals from the Transport Department, Housing and Urban

Planning Department, Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department,

Parliamentary Affairs Department, Handloom Industry, Dairy Development

Department, Higher Education Department, Geology and Mining Department,

Irrigation and Water Resources Department, Home, Finance, Energy, Social

Welfare and Fertilizer and Logistics Department are also likely to be passed in

the cabinet.

CM to fly

in Agusta, speed up to 310 km/h: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath's air travel

has now become safer and more modern. A state-of-the-art AgustaWestland AW139

helicopter has been added to the UP government's aircraft fleet. He will now

fly in it. He also flew to Kanpur on March 5th in this helicopter. This

helicopter, manufactured by the Italian company Leonardo, is considered one of

the world's best for VVIP travel. It can carry 12 to 15 passengers at a time.

Its maximum speed is approximately 310 kilometers per hour. This helicopter is

uniquely capable of flying safely even in bad weather and at night, making it

suitable for emergency situations.

Features

and Price: The twin-engine helicopter features state-of-the-art features like a

crash safety system, a digital glass cockpit, and a soundproof cabin. If one

engine develops a problem, the other engine keeps the helicopter safely afloat.

Its cost is approximately one billion rupees. Two pilots are required to fly

the helicopter. To understand its technical operations, the state government

sent three of its pilots to Italy last year for specialized training.
