
SRINAGAR, 10 March (H.S.): A massive protest was led by JKPCC chief Tariq Hameed Karra and working president Raman Bhalla in Jammu, seeking resignation of Prime Minister Narender Modi for scumbing to US pressures, roll back on US trade deal besides seeking restoration of statehood, whereas several leaders were reportedly detained in some districts when similar protests were held in all districts by Congress across J&K UT.
As a part of protests announced by JKPCC against the one sided trade deal imposed by US due to alleged surrender of PM Modi before US President Donald Trump for fear of Epstein files and Adani case, the Congress today demanded resignation of Prime Minister Narender Modi besides roll back on trade deal. The protesters also demanded restoration of much delayed statehood to J&K.
Organised by DCC Jammu Urban led former minister and DCC chief Yogesh Sawhney and DCC Jammu Rural led by Neeraj Kundan, the protest march started from PCC Hqrs Shahedi Chowk Jammu towards Residency Road, raising slogans against Modi government and US -Israel.
Accompanied by working president Raman Bhalla, former minister Mula Ram, GM Saroori, chief spokesperson Ravinder Sharma, Ex- MLC Ved Mahajan, Treasurer Rajnish Sharma, Mahila Congress president Shameema Raina, Vinod Sharma, Satish Sharma, Amrit Bali, Vijay Sharma, Ajay Lakhotra, Inderjeet Kour and others, the PCC president hit out at PM for total surrender before US for fear of Epstein files and Adani case.
Karra alleged that PM Modi is under pressure of US due to fear of Epstein files and it is suspected that he and more of his colleagues shall be in trouble in days to come. Terming Modi as the weakest PM, due to fear of Epstein files, PCC chief said that Modi has totally surrendered before US and Israel.
Raman Bhalla questioned the weakness of Modi for not speaking against the open violations of international norms by US & Israel , the way a head of state and supreme religious leader of Iran was assassinated and another head of state was kidnapped by US.
