Guwahati, 20 February (HS): Priyanka Gandhi, General Secretary of the Indian National Congress and Chairperson of the Assam Congress Screening Committee on Friday participated in an important organisational review meeting at Rajiv Bhawan along with Assam Pradesh Congress Committee President Gaurav Gogoi.

The meeting was attended by several heads of various cells and departments of the Pradesh Congress. Detailed discussions were held on the current organisational structure and strategies to further strengthen the party at different levels across the state.

During the deliberations, emphasis was laid on adopting the next course of action to reinforce the party’s grassroots presence and enhance coordination among its frontal organisations. The leaders exchanged views on streamlining activities and intensifying outreach efforts ahead of upcoming political engagements.---------
