New Delhi, 18 February (H.S.): President Peter Pellegrini of the Slovak Republic arrived in New Delhi on Wednesday to participate in the India AI Impact Summit. Union Minister of State for Science and Technology (Independent Charge), Dr. Jitendra Singh, extended a warm welcome to him at the airport.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal shared this update via a post on X, noting that President Pellegrini has reached India specifically for the AI summit, where he was received by Dr. Jitendra Singh.

Jaiswal emphasized that Pellegrini's presence at the AI summit will further deepen the close and expanding relations between India and the Slovak Republic. The event, running from February 16-20, gathers global leaders to advance AI cooperation, innovation, and governance.
