New Delhi, 18 February (H.S.): Prime Minister Narendra Modi held bilateral talks on Wednesday with Finland's Prime Minister Petteri Orpo, who arrived for the India AI Impact Summit. The leaders engaged in extensive discussions aimed at strengthening cooperation between India and Finland.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal announced the meeting on the social media platform X, highlighting deliberations on key areas including stability, digitalization, artificial intelligence (AI) research, and ethical innovation. The conversation centered on harnessing Indian intellectual talent to bolster bilateral collaboration.

Prime Minister Modi commended Finland's efforts in positioning itself as an emerging innovation hub in the AI domain. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to promoting responsible, talent-driven AI while leveraging technology-enabled solutions for a sustainable future.
