MOSCOW, November 2 (HS/RIA Novosti) - Incumbent Bulgarian President Iliana Iotova has won the presidential runoff, securing another term in office after 100 per cent of the election protocols were processed, the Central Election Commission (CEC) said on Monday.

Iotova secured 57.57 per cent of the vote, while acting Prime Minister Andrey Gyurov received 39.48 per cent.
