BEIJING, October 16 (HS/RIA Novosti) - Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi and his Turkish counterpart, Hakan Fidan, discussed the Ukraine crisis at a meeting in Baku, China’s Foreign Ministry said Friday.

The meeting took place on Thursday on the sidelines of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia (CICA) in Baku.

The sides exchanged views on the current situation in the Middle East, the Ukraine crisis, and other pressing international and regional issues, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said on its website after the meeting.
