
New Delhi, 06 January (H.S.): The winter session of the Delhi Assembly was disrupted on its second day as soon as proceedings began. BJP MLA Ajay Mahavar raised an uproar demanding an apology from Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal over false allegations that government school teachers were counting dogs.
The controversy triggered heated arguments and unruly scenes in the House. Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta subsequently suspended the proceedings until 1 PM.
