New Delhi, 12 January (H.S.): An Air India flight en route from New Delhi to Vijayawada was forced to make an emergency landing at Jaipur on Monday morning due to a medical emergency onboard. All passengers aboard the aircraft remain safe.

Official sources revealed that on Air India flight number AI 2517, an elderly passenger fell ill, prompting the diversion to Jaipur. The passenger was deplaned and rushed to a hospital.
