Odalguri (Assam), 02 September (HS): BJP candidates for seven constituencies in Odalguri district submitted their nomination papers on Tuesday in the presence of state BJP president Dilip Saikia and Minister Pijush Hazarika.

On the other hand, Bodoland Peoples Party president Anjali Daimari, along with Congress observer and Lahorighat MLA Arshif Nazir, also filed nomination papers for the party’s candidates in ten council constituencies of the district.
