Jammu, 1 September (H.S.): The body of a 15-year-old boy was retrieved from a river in Reasi district on Monday, officials said.

A 45-year-old Zulfan Bano and her son, Basharat Ahmed, were washed away in flash floods after they slipped into the Sadole nallah in the Mahore area on Sunday night.

The woman’s body was recovered last night, officials said.

The boy’s body was handed over to his family, they added.
