Bhubaneswar, 1 September (H.S.) After Loisingha was designated as a Notified Area Council (NAC), residents gathered at Lok Seva Bhavan on Monday to express their gratitude to Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi. Health and Family Welfare Minister Dr. Mukesh Mahaling was present at the event and later shared the news on social media.

Dr. Mahaling noted that he and the local residents met with the Chief Minister to convey their thanks following the NAC recognition. During the meeting, the Chief Minister outlined plans for future development in Loisingha and assured that several initiatives focused on residents' needs would be launched soon.

The residents welcomed this historic decision, attributing it to the leadership of Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi and the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Attendees included Burda Sarpanch Sudip Kumar Sa, Loisingha Sarpanch Naba Kishore Nayak, former Burda Sarpanch Prahallad Sahu, Loisingha Citizens’ Committee Secretary Prashant Behera, and senior BJP leaders Bhutnath Nayak, Shankar Sahu, Prashant Sahu, Neeraj Kumar Nag, Bhuvaneswar Dharua, along with various esteemed figures from the Burda and Loisingha panchayats.
