Dibrugarh (Assam), 02 August (HS): Union Minister Sarbananda Sonowal went to visit the residence of renowned educationist, litterateur and thinker Dr. Nagen Saikia in Dibrugarh and knowing about his health and discussed various topics and sought his advice and wishing Dr. Nagen Saikia good health and long life.
