New Delhi, August 2(HS): Former Union Minister and Lok Sabha member Anurag Singh Thakur criticized Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's remarks about the late BJP leader Arun Jaitley, calling them a reflection of immature politics. Thakur demanded an apology from Rahul to Jaitley's family and the nation, stating that the essence of Congress is deceit. He highlighted that despite the passage of time, Rahul Gandhi has shown no growth or sincerity, continuously spreading falsehoods.

Thakur emphasized Jaitley's revered status among political leaders and workers alike, questioning how Gandhi could fabricate a lie about someone who significantly contributed to the nation. He pointed out that Gandhi's claim of being threatened by Jaitley during protests against agriculture laws is false, given that Jaitley passed away in 2019, before the laws were introduced in June 2020.

Thakur accused Rahul Gandhi of living in a fantasy devoid of truth, causing confusion among citizens, and urged him to apologize amid ongoing defamation cases against him across the country.
