Varanasi, 02 Aug (HS): UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

said on Saturday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Varanasi comes at

a time when India and the globe have seen the country's strength and capability

via the effective implementation of Operation Sindoor. Referring to the

military operation in reaction to the April 22 Pahalgam terror assault,

Adityanath stated, This New India has the courage to crush terrorists to

the ground and eliminate enemies by entering their territory. The visit

of Prime Minister Modi in Kashi today follows the success of Operation

Sindoor. On behalf of the Uttar Pradesh

people, I welcome and congratulate the Prime Minister. The chief minister

emphasized Modi's worldwide status, saying, He is the world's most

popular leader. You would have observed

in recent days how four different nations bestowed their highest civilian

accolades on Prime Minister Modi.”

Adityanath also emphasized Varanasi's,

or Kashi's, delight in having Modi represent it in parliament. It gives Prime

Minister Modi great joy to represent 'Avinashi Kashi' (the indestructible city

contemporary, a fusion of spirituality and modernity that continues to

captivate the world. He further noted that Modi's appearance in his home

constituency for the 51st time is unique for a prime minister. So far, the

prime minister has launched projects worth Rs 34,000 crore out of the Rs 51,000

crore sanctioned for Varanasi in previous years, he stated.
