New Delhi, August 2(HS): The Rouse Avenue Court in Delhi has summoned Robert Vadra to appear on August 28 in a money laundering case. Special Judge Sushant Changotra made this order after reserving a decision on July 24. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had filed a charge sheet on July 17, naming Vadra and 10 others in relation to land in Shikohpur, Haryana. His company, M/s Skylight Hospitality Private Limited, is also implicated.

The ED has seized assets worth ₹37.64 crores linked to Vadra. The case traces back to 2008, involving a land purchase by Skylight Hospitality at ₹7.5 crores, which was quickly sold to DLF in 2012 at a profit. An FIR was filed in 2018.
