Nagon (Assam), 16 August (HS): A tragic road accident occurred at Kathiatali in Nagon district, where a motorcycle and a scooter collided, resulting in one death and serious injuries to another person.

The deceased has been identified as Ashwini Gayan, who was riding the scooter. The motorcycle rider sustained critical injuries and was rushed to the hospital for treatment.

The vehicles involved in the accident have been identified as a bike bearing registration number AS-02-AU-5452 and a scooter with number AS-02-S-4898.
