Kerala Turns Out To Be A No Go Land For Ramayana And Mahabharata

Kochi, 15 August(HS): The CPI(M)’s aversion and hatred for Sanatana Dharma was in full display at Malayalam University at Thiroor in Kerala’s Malappuram district.

Malappuram, popularly known as Kerala’s Pakistan, woke up to see activists and leaders of the SFI, the student wing of the CPI(M) tearing apart the pictures of Lord Rama which were in display at the University as part of Ramayana Day celebration.

Besides destroying the pictures and paintings of Lord Rama, his consort Seetha, the young comrades have installed flex boards and festoons with derogatory and obscene slogans about Lord Rama.

The language used in these flex boards are unprintable because of its obscene nature.

It is to be noted that the Malayalam University was set up in memory of Thunchathu Ramanuja Ezhuthachan, who authored Adhyatma Ramayanam, a version of Ramayanam, in which Lord Rama is described as a divine incarnation.

Ezhuthan, a devotional poet who was born in 1495 is the founder of the Bhakti Movement in Malayalam language.

The Malayalam month of Karkkadaka (Sravan) is observed by Hindus in Kerala as Ramayana Month and devotees across the State and Malayalis all over the globe recites Ramayana during this month.

Described as the father of Malayalam language, Ezhuthachan’s memory is perpetuated by the setting up of the University at Thunchanparambu, the house where he was born.

The Marxists who cannot digest the acceptance of Ramayana across the world, do not leave any chance to humiliate, insult and disgrace Lord Rama and Ramayana. It may be noted that there are no SFI activists or Gen Next CPI(M) leaders who have read the Ramayana.

The SFI leaders and activists whose “passion” for free sex shun the sacredness and serenity of Ramayana and taunt the girls and women who live a pure life by calling them names.

The day long Ramayana seminar which was being planned by the research scholars was interrupted by the young comrades.

Scholars like Dr N R Madhu, chief editor, Kesari weekly and historian Tirur Dinesh condemned the action of the SFI and the CPI(M) leaders.

Even as the SFI and CPI(M) leaders prevented the Ramayana seminar at Thunchanparambu, the comrades told the world through their social media pages how they offered the convenience of the party’s office in Kannur district for the Islamists to offer their evening namaz.

“For the CPI(M) and SFI activists, Muslim are dear ones and they would offer “anything” to make their brethren happu,” said a response to the post made by Bineesh Kodiyeri, son of late Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, an eyesore to chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
