(HS): Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday paid tributes to
freedom fighter revolutionary Sardar Udham Singh ji on his martyrdom day, great
litterateur, 'Novel Emperor' Munshi Prem Chand ji on his birth anniversary and 'Pujyapad'
Goswami Tulsidas. Posting series of posts on X, he expressed his reverence to
three great men and recalled their contribution in raising India to heights in
greatness.
He wrote on X, “Humble
tribute to the brave son of Mother India, the great revolutionary Sardar Udham
Singh ji on his martyrdom day! By taking revenge for the Jallianwala Bagh
massacre, he gave the country's self-respect a new height. His incomparable
contribution in the freedom struggle will always be remembered with reverence.”
In another post he
mentioned, “Humble tributes to the great litterateur, 'Novel Emperor' Munshi
Prem Chand ji on his birth anniversary, who gave voice to the anguish of the
public mind, the pain of the working class and the social reality with boldness
and sensitivity! Your timeless creations are still alive as a voice against
injustice and a thought in favour of change.”
In his concluding
post, he opines, “Respectful salutations to the creator of 'Shri
Ramcharitmanas', the unbroken sound of faith, harmony and Sanatan rituals, the
famous artist who gave voice to devotion and Indianness, 'Pujyapad' Goswami
Tulsidas on his birth anniversary! Your words will keep the public mind
oriented on the path of Shri Ram for ages.”
