New Delhi, July 10(HS): A 4.4 magnitude earthquake struck Jhajjar district, Haryana at 9:04 AM today, causing panic across the region. Strong tremors were felt in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, and Faridabad. The earthquake reportedly occurred at a depth of 10 kilometers, as stated by the National Center for Seismology.
Earlier tremors on February 17 measured 4.0 in Delhi-NCR. Delhi is classified as a seismic zone four by disaster management authorities.
