Jaipur, 15 June (H.S.): A helicopter crash near Gaurikund, Kedarnath, on Sunday morning at approximately 5:20 AM resulted in the death of all seven individuals aboard, including pilot Rajveer Singh Chauhan from Jaipur. Rajveer Singh, a retired lieutenant colonel from the Indian Army, had recently joined Aryan Aviation after 14 years of service and was involved in the Kedarnath pilgrimage. He was also a new father to twin children, born just four months earlier. The identification of the bodies has proved challenging, with authorities planning DNA testing before returning them to relatives.

The news triggered chaos at Rajveer's home, with family and friends expressing shock and grief. Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma and former military officer Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore both shared their condolences on social media, highlighting the tragic loss of life and extending support to the grieving Chouhan family during this difficult time.
