New Delhi, June 12 (H.S.): Prime Minister Modi emphasized technology's role in empowering the poor, enhancing transparency, and providing numerous benefits to the public.

Prime Minister Modi celebrated Digital India's 11th anniversary, responding to MyGovIndia's post on X with insightful comments, “Harnessing the power of technology has brought countless benefits to people. There has been a significant increase in service delivery and transparency. Additionally, technology has become a means of empowering the poorest people's lives. With the support of India's youth, we are making remarkable progress in innovation and applications of technology. It is also strengthening our efforts to become self-reliant and a global technological superpower.”

My Government India (MyGovIndia) mentioned on its X handle, “Eleven years ago, a silent digital revolution began - reshaping the way India connects, governs, and develops. Under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Digital India initiative has transformed technology into a tool for empowerment. It has bridged gaps, opened doors to opportunities, and made governance more accessible and transparent for every citizen.”

The My GovIndia post on X stated, “From internet access in remote villages to being a world leader in real-time digital payments, this transformation is not just about numbers – it’s about people, progress, and possibilities. It is the story of inclusive development, innovation, and India emerging as a digital powerhouse in the 11 years of Digital India. India's technological journey is revolutionary.”
